3.Virgin paper as raw material with high content of Hardwood pulp.
The Hardwood pulp content is higher than common paper on market ensured high stiffness and folding strength of paper cup paper. This also can reduce failure rate of paper cup forming.
4.Two packing procedure ensure sealing effect to protect cup paper from humidity and damage during transportation.
Pe coated paper for cups in sheet packing, 200~300sheet/per rim, by craft paper, on wooden pallet. Wrapping by plastic film.

According to customer's requirement, we can offer Health Certificate (HC); China Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (CIQ); Test report from MA(MA); SGS certificate(SGS);China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS);Embassy certification.
Production Procedure
 | 1 PE coating Doing Single or double PE coating on raw material paper. The raw paper gram from 150gsm~350gsm

 | 2 Cutting into sheet. Using automatic diecutting machine cu pe roll paper into sheet size according to customers' requirment on paper width * length. Single pe coated paper for cups at max width is 1.6m. Double pe coated paper for cups at max width is1.3m.No limited for length. |
 | 3. Packing 200~300sheets of paper wrapped by craft paper into a small package, then putting several packs on wooden pallet to 1.1m height. Then Using Plastic wrap papers tightly. For other special packing requirement, please tell us. |
