T2135 /T2235 Deep hole drilling and boring machine

This machine is mainly making cylindrical workpiece, but can also make cutter and arbor. It can drilling, boring and rolling. This machine can make through holes, step holes, blind holes and so on. The processing of aperture precision is up to IT7~IT8 or more. The surface roughness can reach Ra 0.4µm. Cutter feeding is servo driving system and stepless speed regulation. Drilling can also use forward chip or internal chip removal method. Machine-bed is made by high quality cast iron which has good rigidity, and good accuracy maintaining. The guide rail of the bed passed hardening process and it is accurate. This machine is widely used in hydraulic machinery, special cylinder, cylinder, hydraulic machinery of coal, high pressure boiler pipe, oil , war industry, electric, aviation and so on.
