Description:
The paint film features good rust prevention and durability, strong adhesive force and impact resistance as well as excellent resistance to salt spray and Baking. It dries up quickly , needs shorter time to sand and can improve the adhesive force between layers.
Usage:
Can be used as auto primer, antirust primer on steel structure and mining machinery.

Application Details:
(1)Substrate Treatment
Before spraying epoxy primer, operators must remove all the oil stains and welding splashes on the surface and buff the weld seams and angled corners.
For the oxidized iron plate or cast iron, adopt a sand blast (sa 2.5) on them (surface roughness: 30-75μm) or utilize a pickling treatment to remove all oxidized iron sheet and rust and rub and rub them off with a steel brush.
For steel surface, smooth it using light blast or an elastic sand disc and then sand it to sa3 with the disc.
(2) Drying Temperature:
When the temperatues of the substrate and paint are the same, then the drying time is 8 hours at 20,3 hours at 30 and 30 minutes at 70. Below 5, the reaction of epoxy primer and hardener would cease if they are not baked, and no application should be carried out in such case.
