Description:
The series Straightening machines are used to straighten the heat-deformation generated during
the welding process of flange and web of H beam. Based on the principle of lever made of upper roller device and drive roller, when the Straightening flange plate passes, it will be bending and deformation,
Due to the given force if more than yield point of flange plate material, the flexibility reverting factor is
small, so the flanges can be straightened.
According to the different output Straightening force of upper roller device, this series machines can
be divided into two types of mechanical and hydraulic Straightening. They are used in flange plate Straightening of different plate thickness and strength levels.
Features:
- The machine uses 22KW large motors, so it drives with high efficiency and fast straightening.
- The compression rollers are made by 35CrMo in heat treatment process to ensure long life of
- rollers.
- The main engine has a near operation box for easy operation.
- We especially equip with a set of small compression roller to satisfy clients' needs of the
- straightening of small beam so as to larger equipment application.
