This automatic welding machine including: manipulator, welding rotator, and electric system etc, mainly used to weld the butt welding seam which formed from the pipe, pipe elbow, pipe flange, perpendicular tee pipe. The welding head will be relatively fixed, while the piping spool piece revolving at a specific rate, and the high efficient and low cost shielded welding or SAW process is adopted, so it has the features of easy operation, reliable performance and widely application field, and which enhancing productivity, increasing the extent of automatic, reducing welder’s working intensity and adapting to piping workshop prefabrication.

3. Structure and features
Flange and pipe welding machine including pinch welding rotator and welding manipulator, mainly by the power welding rotator, idler welding rotator, lifting type welding press mechanism, welding system, electric control system, etc.
Power welding rotator is composed of two pairs of rollers, one pair of roller driven the work-piece by motor and worm gear deceleration institutions, the distance of two pairs of roller can be manual adjust through the screw, in order to meet the needs of different diameter work-piece. Roller consists of rubber roller and sheet steel, the effect of the rubber roller will transmit a bigger friction to the work-piece, the effect of the sheet steel is loading the working pressure and to protect the rubber roller at the same time.
Idler welding rotator is composed of a pair of roller, the distance of the roller can also be manual adjustable through the screw, to meet the needs of different diameter work-piece. Idler welding rotator should be often move location according to the different length of work-piece, to be better support the work-piece.
Lifting type welding press mechanism consists of lifting mechanism and press mechanism, lifting mechanism's up and down movement is controlled by the motor worm gear reducer and screw slide, lifting guide rail is fine steel after finishing grinding, high precision, stable lifting. Press mechanism on the top of lifting board, press mechanism is mounted one set of roller on the sliding mechanism, sliding mechanism is equipped with spring inside, during the work a pre-compression to press the work-piece from the sliding mechanism's weight and spring force, to ensure the eccentricity work-piece could evenly rotating. Lifting columns at the same time has the function of rotating, also can manually rotary positioning, in order to facilitate the dispatching of the work-piece.
Electric control system composed of frequency converter and all kinds of start/ stop buttons, the function of frequency converter is by changing the motor's speed to make different diameters work-piece to match the welding requirements. Start/ stop buttons has the functions of lifting, rotating and welding, etc.

Welding oscillator
CS-R/S series is small welding oscillator, miniaturization, light-duty, convenient installation, easy to operate. Digital way to adjust the oscillation amplitude, the movement of the center position, left/ right standing time and control swing speed. When stop the welding torch it will automatically back to the center.
