Description:
1, Water pump:The system configurate low tension water pump, providing power source for raw water forcing and pretreatment system.
2, Quartz Sand Filter(Mechnial Filter): Effectively remove big duty suspended solids, colloid and granulate mechanical impurities from the water, make sure SDI≤4.
3,Active carbon filter: Adsorption of organic matter, CL2 and harmful substance, reducing content of COD, preventing oxidation from CL2 to composite membranous.
4, Sodium Ion Exchanger: water raw water goes through the exchanger from top to bottom, to be softened by the sodium ion exchanger inside the device. The positive ions of magnesium and calcium are exchanged with that of sodium. Then the raw water becomes soft water containing very few ions of magnesium and calcium. The soft water can be used for feeding water of boiler and for some industrial uses. Due to its high dissolving ability in water, sodium ions will not form hard sediment in the boiler and can be easily removed. Raw water shall be filtered and set with almost on suspended before coming into the next device. After being softened in the device, the water’s hardness shall be less than 0.03mag equivalent. 5, Precision filter:Before the filter configurating a ultra filtration device, the purpose is to prevent abnormal operation of mechanical filter and active carbon filter (such as filter has not been formed after back flush or other caused by human factors), in order to prevent the water particles into the ultra filtration membrane module, damage the membrane surface. When the filter element pressure differential reach 1.0 / 2 ,we need to replace filter in the filter.
6, Reverse Osmosis: Reverse osmosis is a kind of process of separating matters using polymeric membrane. It can eliminate more than 90% dissolving salt and more than 99% colloid, microorganism, organics and so on from the water. It is a technologically advanced facility that is easy to operate, economical and efficient, and can further purify water quality; therefore it is a key facility for drinking water treatment plant.
7, Hollow Fiber Super Filter adopts dissymmetrical semi permeable film which is made from macromolecule material with special process. The raw liquid flows under pressure, inside or outside the film. The macromolecule substance and colloid particles in the raw liquid are clogged at the film surface and are brought away by circulating raw liquid. Then the raw liquid becomes inspissated, and further more, the substance in liquid is separated, concentrated. Production capacity:1-100T/h
8, Ozone Generator
Ozone generator is a patent technological product which adopts the patent technology from Tsinghai University. Its function is stable and reliable and easy to use. Besides, it has good effect of sterilization without second pollution. It chooses oxygen as gas-source, so the concentration of ozone is high and will not produce nitrogen-oxygen compound. It adopts way of water refrigeration so that it can make sure the stability of produced ozone’s concentration. Production capacity is 1-100T/h
9, Ultra-violet Rays Sterilizer
The equipment has features of killing bacteria, virus, yeast, mould, algae in water using ultraviolet. It can be widely used and up to the effect of disinfection because it doesn’t need adding any chemicals and any heating or cooling. Production capacity: 1-100T/h.
10, Middle &Product Storage tank
This water storage tank is made of SUS304/316, storage middle water and the product water before filling machine.
