2.Specimen:serum.It is used for serum determinations in chemistry,serology,and immunohematology.

6. Max. vacuum degree tolerance:±10%
7.Invert the tube 6-8 times immediately after drawing to mix the blood and clot activator thoroughly.
8.Centrifuge for 5-10 minutes after 10-30 minutes' coagulation.
