.Purchase materials, including leather, rubber bladder, thread, ink etc.
.Cut the leather into pieces according to official volleyball design, make sure them adjusting to correct size and shape.
.Assembly all the pieces on printing production line, use silk screen to print out the pattern as customer’s design.
.Use sewing machine to stitch the panels. Normally an official volleyball contains 18 panels.
.After finishing machine stitching, put the bladder into the leather shell, then sew the end manually.
.Examing the air leakage is very important. Inflate the official volleyball to standard pressure, stay 12~36 hours, if found air leakage then pick out the unqualified official volleyball.
.Lastly deflate all qualified official volleyball, put each one into polybag, then into standard export carton to be delivered.
