Description:

1^st step: Purchase material, including synthetic leather, rubber bladder, thread, ink etc.

2^st step: Cut the leather into pieces according to soccer ball design, make sure them adjusting to correct size and shape.

3^rd step: Assembly all the pieces on printing production line, use silk screen to print out the pattern as customer’s design.

4^th step: Use sewing machine to stitch the panels. Normally a soccer ball contains 32 panels including pentagon (5 sides) and hexagonal (6 sides) panels. But we all have other models, like 12 panels, 24 panels, 30 panels etc.

5^th step: After finishing machine stitching, put the bladder into the leather shell, then sew the end manually.

6^th step: Examing the air leakage is very important. Inflate the ball to standard pressure, stay 12~36 hours, if found air leakage then pick out the unqualified soccer ball

7^th step: Lastly deflate all qualified soccer balls, put each one into polybag, then into standard export carton to be delivered.

About materials:

In general the outer layer of the soccer ball is made by PU or PVC. The difference between two kinds of different materials are as below: PU leather is environmental protection, soft touch, high elasticity, abrasion resistant, cold resistant, waterproof and antifouling, PU soccer ball is suitable for indoor and outdoor.PVC leather is not environmental protection before special process, and hard touch, abrasion resistant, folding resistant, acid and alkali resistant, but because of its poor air permeability and moisture absorption, PVC soccer ball is suitable for outdoor.

If customer requires high quality, we advise PU leather soccer ball. But how to distinguish between the two different materials?  We provide some methods to identify. Firstly see from the corner, It is easy to find that the PU bottom cloth is much thicker than PVC. In addition, PU and PVC leather are with different touch feeling, PU leather is soft but PVC leather is hard. Then after you press the PU leather, the surface will have wrinkles feeling, while however you press the PVC leather, the surface is still flat and smooth. Finally to use a extreme method, can burn the material, the smelling of PU is much lighter than PVC.
