Anti-shock Wave Door Instructions
1.This design is suitable for draw out ventilation fan which maximum negative pressure for 350 mm water column;
2.Package number 7 application in welded steel pipe in inverted ventilation, no need to be properly kept in normal working conditions;
3.Explosion door transportation should take necessary measures to prevent the deformation;
4.Explosion door frame installation should cooperate closely with mining professional, beware of deformation;
5.With the door frame and door leaf, and add rubber at back of door frame column to prevent air leakage;
6.Package number 3 hinges installation, lubricate to ensure flexible;
7.All explosion door should coated red minium, then coated black paint.
Anti-shock Wave Door Requirements and Methods
1.Installation requirements
When installation, in accordance with the installation method, should be straight flat after installation, open and flexible. Then explosion door closed, place the stop lever in the frame on both sides of the fixed frame, and the outer side of the door with sand or soil buried below 10 centimeters.
2.Installation method
(1) Frst of all, to sort out and measurement of roadway width and height of the mouth, guarantee the explosion door feedput with a whole (including inserted plate).
(2) Put two doors flat on the ground, tidy up the middle of the two sealing rubber, use bolt to fix, that is to be installed.
(3) Adjustment the direction to ensure that the explosion door open outward, only then two doors stand on the wellhead.
(4) After adjustment, the whole door with a wooden pole fixed.
(5) Fix by laying bricks according to the wellhead design.
(6) After wall solidified, close the blast door, place the lever on the door frame on both sides of the bracket and buried 10 cm with gravel or soil below the bottom of the outer door, then can be used normally.
Anti-shock Wave Door Maintenance
(1) Where there is rust knocked off or material shall be painted up at any time .
(2) Rubber seal if damaged or unglued should be replaced or bonding, sealing strip replacement period is 2 years.
(3) Door hinge rotating part if rust should be cleaned and should be re-oiled.
