Manual aseptic sampling valve is normally closed. When opening, the valve stem and diaphragm seal unit are retracted, allowing fluid flow through. The handle can regulate flow amount. The PTFE diaphragm is optimal for high viscosity medium. The valve is widely used for sampling from storage tank or pipeline for microbiological analysis under sterile conditions
