Description:
Process parameters are 5 ºC, 65 ºC (homogeneous) → 137 ºC (3-5S) → 20 ºC -25 ºC. The system uses the ultra high temperature treatment method, so that the liquid dairy products, tea beverage, fruit juice to meet strict sterilization, and then transferred to the aseptic packaging, the sterilization temperature is 137 ºC, temperature holding time is 3-5S, so as to keep the beverage, dairy nutrition and flavor of the original color. The device has the advantages of high heat recovery rate, compact structure, beautiful appearance, temperature control; the products are hot filling, discharge temperature control, can also be cold filling.
