Performance Characteristics:

Internal Structure:
The hydro cone crusher includes driving part (electrical machine, cone belt and belt wheel), level axis part, eccentric bushing part, feeder hopper, cone crushing part, upper frame part, lower frame part, hydraulic cylinder part, output hopper (user-generating), hydraulic lubrication part and device control part etc.
Advantages:
The bottom hydraulic cylinder is the adjusting assurance system of the crusher. The hydraulic cylinder is supported by the outboard electric equipment and hydraulic system. When hydraulic oil is pressed into the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder; the crushing cone rises and the gape reduces. When the oil in the hydraulic cylinder is put back into the oil container, the crushing cone goes down and the gape enlarges. When the non-crushable object gets into the crushing cavity, the crushing force rapidly increases. By the hydraulic system adjusts itself, the pressure oil is put back into the oil container. The gape enlarges to discharge the non-crushable object, and then the machine can be protected well.
