2. Product Brief Induction
This kind of gear box is used for mechanism, just like belt conveyor. The key components are finished with alloy steel. The gears and gear shafts are finished by gas carburising process and precise grounding to sequentially get high loading capacity of per certain volume.
Main Materials
A. Housing: Die-cast aluminum alloy(frame size 025-090); cast iron(frame size 110-150 );
B. Worm shaft: 20CrMnTi, carbonize heat treatment make the hardness of gear's surface up to 56-62 HRC;
C. Retain carburization layer's thickness between 0.3 and 0.5mm after precise grindin;
D. Worm wheel: wearable tin bronze alloy
