B Series Bevel-Helical Right Angle Shafts speed reducer gearbox
1. Application scope
It's used for the transmission device which input and output shaft is in right-angle direction.Mainly used in different kinds of transportation machine, for example:Belt conveyor.
Max speed for input shaft of gearbox is ≤1500rpm.
Peripheral speed for the gear is less than 20m/s;
Working tempereture is -40~+45 degree, when it's less than 0 degree, the lubrication oil should be heated before operation.
2. Feature
The gear is adopted in High-strength alloy-steel through carburizing and quenching, the hardness of gear reach for HRC58-62, the gear is adopted in Gear grinding craft, high precision and good connection.Right-angle type, can replace SS Series vertical shaft gearbox and ZQ, ZL old type gearbox.
Stable operation, low noise.
Small voltage, light weight, long service life, high bearing capacity.
Easy for overhaul and installation.
