Railway Rubber Plastic Pad
Railway rubber plastic pads are elastic polyurethane pads, installed directly under the steel rail. They have a defined stiffness to increase the elasticity of the ballasted superstructure. The improved load distribution yields greater passenger comfort and less wear on the superstructure. It can be made of HDPE, EVA, rubber, and EPDM to preclude buffer impact, increase friction and reduce vibration.
