This machine is gun-drill style(out chip removing),cutter rotating feeding.The workpiece is fixed to work table,but table can move vertically and crosswise.It uses NC system which can single action and auto circle.There are three axis:X,Y and Z.The axis moving is driven by servo engine and ball screw.Cutter speed and feeding are both stepless speed regulation.Max drilling dia is 20mm and 30mm.It is special for small hole machine.Once continuous drilling can reach high quality as common drilling,expanding and reaming. Hole dia precision is IT7-IT10,surface roughness is Ra3.2-0.4um. This machine is widely used to make small deep hole in automobile,motorcycle,molds,military project and aerospace. It is good in high rigidity,high precision,high speed,high efficiency,high reliability,and large torque.

FEATURES

1,it uses gun-drill whose once continuous drilling can reach high quality as common drilling,expanding and reaming. 

2,all the bed,box,table and base are made by superior cast iron.It is high rigidity,high precision and good vibration absorption.

3,Drilling rod box is driven by AC principle axis engine.It is stable even in low speed.

4,Three-dimensional axis are driven by AC servo engine,transmission by ball screw to produce coordinate hole.Y axis is double rectangular flat guide rail,and Z axis is rolling straight rail. 

5,NC operation table is hanged and convenient to use.

6,There is special cooling system to supply enough high flow clean cutting fluid. 

7,There is auto chip removing system.

8,The oil temperature can be controlled automatically,and it can avoid oil going bad.

9,cutter rotation and feeding are stepless speed regulation.

10,System is FANUCIOMC or KND.
