Working principle:
Jet classifier is a kind of dry air classifiers, also known as static classifier or inertia classifier, which is different from the common air classifier with rotating parts (such as turbine). There is no any movable parts in the body of machine and the operational principle is from widely known theory-Coanda effect. So called Coanda jet classifier. The body of classifier is a system, generally associated with cyclones and/or filter collector and induced draft fan. Materials go into the jet classifier body after being broken into pieces under high-pressure air. Under Coanda effect, fine particles will close to the Coanda block, middle ones in middle part, large ones far away from Coanada block.
Application:
apply for less than 5mm materials.
