Main Features
1. The machine adopts the electronic cabinet to control machine's automatic cycle of opening and closing mold,material feeding,steaming,temperature keeping,air cooling,de-molding and ejecting.
2. The machine sets up high-pressure blower for suction the material, adopts penetration of theory forming and the cycle of convection cooling, low moisture content.
3. The machine is welded from high-quality profile steel,which is subjected to heat treatment,ensuring high strength of the machine without deformation,and possibility of bearing the expansion force of the high-density product.
4. Adopting advanced molding technique,the machine is applicable to produce blocks of high density and low density, ensure the same quality of inside and outside block.
5. Mold is made of aluminum alloy for fast heat transference, good tensile strength and long service life.
