2. The two end caps of dust filter cartridge are made of 8mm-thick stamped stainless steel (unlikely to deform). The end caps are bonded to the filter medium with special polyurethane foam to ensure no gap between the end caps and filter medium.
3. Internal and external structural support is made of high-strength anti-corrosion perforated stainless steel or galvanized sheet strong enough to prevent dust filter cartridge from burst or collapse by blowing or suction.
4. Soft and strong foaming O-ring seal is used to seal the connection of filter cartridge and sliding plate, ensuring no entry of dust and filtration rate up to 99.9%.
5. The inner and outer screens are fixed with fixation technique by internationally advanced automatic spiral plastic injector (or fixed with belt fasteners) to ensure large air filtration volume, the uniform filter medium is easy blowback for dust removal by electromagnetic pulse valve.
