Usage instruction:
1. Before using, moistening the inside lens, to get the better effect of antifogging.
2. Adjust angle of the nose frame and tightness of the belt properly.
3. Wash with clean water and air dry
Anti-fogging Method:
1. Do not washed after buying goggles goggles fogging oil inside the lens, so the effect will be greatly reduced fog material within the lens is to use a good impact polycarbonate material and surface of theanti-fog treatment;
2. The anti-fog as hydrophilic ,swamping the goggle before using deprives fogging problem.
3. Please avoiding finger or fingernail touch the glasses , antifogging surface would be scratched or damaged .
4. Please water washing every single use ,dirt coating decreases the anti-fog effect .or use gentle detergent as well .(caution:use aboundant foam to clean the wet goggle ,avoiding fingernail scratch )

Production Process:
1. Mold / Tooling: According to customer’s 2D/3D drawing, or sample, or detailed dimensions , our engineer completes the designs for the mold. The Mold Tooling Department makes the mold according to the drawing. Mold 's life time: can be used for 200,000 times or more
2. Material preparation: Purchase and mix the materialsas per customer’s requirements (hardness, color, brand, etc.)
3. Mold trial: The mold trial runs after the completion of the mold. Several free samples from mold trial can be offered tocustomer for test. Once the samples are approved by the customer, mass production can be started. If the samples are not qualified, the mold will be modified until receipt of the confirmation from the customer.
4. Mass production: Install the mold onto the Hydraulic press machine. Put the processed material in the mold for vulcanization. The product comes into certain shapes as required.
