Welded Mesh Fence with "V" Bends
Welded wire mesh fence are manufactured from steel wire using efficient automatic electric welding machine. Steel wire need to be first strengthened and cut into required length, then form a certain opening and outer dimension.
The panels have round horizontal wires and vertical "V-shaped" ones.
The vertical wires have a barb at one side of the panel.
The V-shapes are bent before polyester coating.
The panels are used for fencing parks, schools, sport stadium, public buildings, factories, airports, military sites.

Technical Information
The panels have a width of 2500 mm or 3000mm and are available in a range of heights: from 1030 to 2430 mm.
The panels have vertical barbs of 30 mm at one side, the barbs can be placed at the top or at the bottom.
The horizontal reinforcements of welded mesh fence panel with 2,3,4 bends give the panels extra rigidity.
The meshes are 200 x 50 mm or 100x50mm, meshes at the reinforcements 100 x 50 mm or 200x50mm.
The horizontal wire diameter is 4mm-5mm, the vertical wire diameter is 4 mm-5mm.
Post size:
Square tube: 40x60x1.5mm or 60x60x2mm.
Peach Post: 50x70mmx1mm or 70x100mmx1.2mm
Accessories: steel clamps, plastic clamps with screw and plastic or steel cap.
Coating technique
Panels made out of galvanized wires.
Electro-galvanized wire (20-30g/m2)
Common hot dipped galvanized wire ( 60-70g/m2)
Hot dipped galvanized with heavy zinc ( 200g/m2)
The posts are in- and outside galvanized

Powder coating or painted after galvanized, about (min. 60 micron).
Hot dipping PVC Coated after galvanized, about 1mm thickness.
