Product information:

 

This product can do the mixing of powder and powder, powder and particle, especially stirring proportion or particle diameter differ markedly material has good mixing effect. This equipment distribute different turning direction blades in twin U type barrel, when automatic oil press machine work, the material do radial direction, toroidal and axial radia three radia motion, forming cross circulation and shearing mixing multiple effect, in the short time can reach uniform mixing, low energy consumption and low pollution.

 

Producing capacity: 2~100ton/hs

Application field: construction materials, feed, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, food, chemical, plastics, pesticides, thermal insulation materials industry, etc.

Applicable materials: ordinary mortar, insulation mortar, special cement, phosphate fertilizer, compound fertilizer, adhesion agent, resin, ABS powder, catalysts, lithium-ion battery, graphite, copper sulfate, feed titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, ethyl cellulose, etc.

 

 

Product Features:

 

Horizontal zero gravity mixer consist of the transmission parts, paddle stirrer and twin U-shaped barrel.

 

Driving parts is that reducer drive blender revolving through by multiple rows of chains. Blender is double shaft blades, special angle distributed blades equal speed reverse rotation on the shaft, to ensure that material radial direction, toroidal radial and axial radial three radia spilling movement, forming cross circulation and shearing&mixing and so on multiple effects, to achieve uniform mixing in the short time.

 

According to different product requirements can design different cylinder: O type barrel, 270º barrel, etc.

 

According to different material performance can choose different mixing blades: 45º blades/blades changeable

 

When the material proportion 1‰ to add, mixing uniformity can reach 98%.

 

Can evenly mix 500mm fine powder and 5mm particle material.
