1. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need a sample with our present design, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
2. How long can I expect to get the customized sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, and the mould is existing in our factory, the samples will be ready in 10-15 working days;
If the mould is not existing, we need to open a new mould, the samples will be ready in 15-18 working days The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 working days. You can use your own express account number or prepay us if you do not have an account.
3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season when you place the order .
4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB , CFR , CIF , TT . etc . You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

If you have a sample on hand and want to buy the same product . Please send the inquiry with real pictures of the box , and the picture should show details about the lid , bottom , size , material , printing type , packing requirement , etc .
