custom Made Metal Challenge Coins
Coins can be made by brass material (die struck) or zinc alloy (die casting)
Generally speaking, zinc alloy material is lighter than brass material.
Standard coin sizes are 38mm/ 42mm/ 45mm/ 50mm
Standard thickness is 3mm ~3.5mm (Usually 3.5mm is suitable for 50mm coins)
Colors can be soft enamel/ Imitation hard enamel or no color filling.
All the coins with 3 sides polishing (Front / back and edge)
Bright finishing or antique finishing are all applicable.
Diamond cut borders (9 different patterns) are applicable too.
Cutting border made on zinc alloy coins will be the same tone (finishing) as the coins because we do plating after diamond cuttings.
Cutting border made on brass coins will be different tone (finishing) because we do diamond cutting after plating finished.
