Safety standard and rules

1) Installation safety requirement

After arrival, have to check the device before installation. Whether the framework out of shape, electric 

appliance cabinet got wet or not. Particularly, to make sure whether all the components been damaged 

(like collision) .Before the apparatus completely positioning, please do not unpack it. This apparatus can

 carried by forkman , but can not use rope lifting. Do as aforementioned, make sure installation safety.

damaged.

2) Operational safety requirement

The operator of the machine should be trained, about electric and pipeline. When operating , please

3) Maintenance safety requirement

     The maintenance staff should be trained, about electric and pipeline. Check the machine regularly, 

rule out the potential safety hazard, to avoid heavy losses. All the pipeline and the components of the 

machine, checked once a month, and keep a record. When fixing the machine, it should be cut off the 

power, and after fixing, make sure the safety feature is in good condition before start the machine.
