Introduction

CTL production line adopt one set of V storage platform consists of two sections which are installed on both sides of ditch for trolley.
The Cut To Length production line adopt hydraulic double-cone decoiler to fix and open passively strip plate.
The loop of production line is one deep pit made by the customer with dimension of 3m×2.5m×3m (long×wide×high) for storing materials.
The plate after being coarse leveled enters into the precise leveling measuring machine.And there are nine rollers totally for the precise leveling measuring, distributed four at upside and five at downside.
The conveyor bracket of CTL production line is made by the square pipe members welded
