The Float Glass Sheet Cleaning Equipment , Glass Washing And Drying Machine With Heating System is
a horizontal glass washing and drying machine, which is widely used in cleaning various kind of flat glass
sheet with the thickness between 3mm and 19mm. such as float glass sheet, super white glass sheet,
glaverbel glass sheet, rolled glass etc. it adopts the lifting structure, and the drying part can be whole
lifted. After the glass placed on the transfer rollers, it go through from feed in part, disc brush washing
part, hair brush washing part, drying part to feed-out part finally.
 
1. The machine is composed of feed-in part, washing part, drying part,feed-out part and upper box. 
2. Feed-in Part including high pressure spraying,water tank, water blocking air knife ( Standard equipment
without this configuration ).
3. Washing Part including disc brush and hair brush part. 1 set of disc brush and 3 pairs of hair brush, water-stop plate between each brush, the upper and lower brush, each part equipped with a brush motor, three water tanks with the function of water overflow and drainage.
4. Drying Part and Washing Part can be whole lifted.
5. Drying Part equipped with three pairs of air knife, which including two pairs of straight air knife and one
pair of oblique air knife.
6. Lifting can be adjusted by rotary switch and counting device in accordance with the thickness of the 
glass,max height is 400mm.
7. Conveyor with bevel gear.The feed-in part is equipped with water pan,which has the function of 
self-cleaning.  
 
 
Applications:
 
The Float Glass Sheet Cleaning Equipment , Glass Washing And Drying Machine With Heating System is mainly used to clean the surface of the architecture glass after grinding. It is composed of Feed-in Part →
Dis Brush Part → Hair Brush Part→ Drying Part → Feed out Part. If it is used to clean the normal architecture glass, cancel the Disc Brush Part properly.
