FFU.It has the feature of energy-saving with low carbon,no mintenance,high reliability and long life.
 Optimized capacity and distributaries guided whirl tube reduce the overall height and enhance the
uniformity of air blow-out.Large suitable interval of air velocity and volume(see the specification graph)can satisfy the requi-rements of different types of clean environment.It is also suitable for use where high air velocity isrequired for Class A Area of biology and pharmacy.It adopts low resistivity filter that can provide 75-120Pa excess pressure outside the product under rated airflow,which meets the need of high resistivity of return air in the clean room.Multi-optional and flexible layout

 
 
Applications:
 

As demands of cleanliness with process of semiconductor or LCD manufacturer, you are able 

to choose the fittest filter of particle diameter, dust collection efficiency, etc. If you need the filter without B(Boron), We recommend PTFE(Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene)filter , that is made of material of membrane.If you must avoid DOP for testing filter, please inform us to test with silica without water or atmospheric air.
