Smyth sewn books can lay completely flat, so they are widely applied for restaurant style cook books,photographic magazines or children's books, etc. If large quantity of books are printed on offset printers, publishers and printing factories prefer this method as their first choice. But these books are printed via digital printer, this Smyth Sewing is not the first choice, because digital printers are better for delivering single sheets rather than signatures.
