XLZ die blanks are used diamond produced by high temperature and ultra-high pressure process in the presence of a solvent/catalyst metal. Make the diamond combine hardness enable to high abrasion resistance, impact strength. There are 10μm,20μm,28μm particle size available. Bigger size can provide longer service life and smaller size can increase smooth of drawing wire. This products can be used for iron, copper, aluminium, nickel and their alloys wire drawing.

* Drawing "Hard" wire should not exceed 65％ of Maximum Recommended Bearing Diameter.
