QDL series oil automatic filling machine is developed and produced by Wanmei company. With the development of modern industry, most enterprises have adopted the "assembly line" to improve the production capacity. The oil filling and discharging is necessary for the test of finished products, especially referring to hydraulic system, lubricating and cooling system. QLD series can conveniently satisfy users' oil filling and discharging, it can fill the oil to equipments at the preset volume automatically. It also has the function of oil precise filtration, can keep the commissioning oil clean.
This machine is light and flexible, small and easy to move. To meet the special requirement of customers, Wanmei company has also designed QDL-EX series anti-explosion automatic oil filling machine and QDL-T series automatic container filling machine.
Application
QDL series is designed for manufacturers' to fill the oil at fixed time and fixed volume. It's mainly used in assembly line. The appearance is nice, the structure is reasonable and the maintenance is easy. Our company configures the special oil filling pump-motor, electromagnetic valve, flow meter, one way check valve, acousto-optic alarm, controlling button, man-machine interface, PLC programmable controller and oil filler for QDL oil filling machine. Thus it gets a high accuracy of oil filling as well as a convenient operation.
QDL series is produced for the fixed-volume oil filling needed by assembly line, the target oils are diesel, refrigerant oil, engine& mechanical lube, insulating oil and other kinds of mineral or vegetable liquid oils. It's widely used in the fixed-volume filling of refrigerant oil, hydraulic oil, mechanical lube, compressor oil, turbine oil, insulating oil and other liquid lubricating oils in electric and manufacturing enterprises.
This machine is with slim cubage, flexible and light structure and easy operation. It's able to be moved into different working areas to make presetting volume filling of various oils. And it can satisfy the fixed-volume oil filling. It genuinely makes the oil filling of some equipments which consuming not too much oil more convenient and useful like switch, inductor, compressor, gasoline engine, diesel engine, refrigerator machine and precise machine tool.
Structure & Features
1.Oil Pumping System
The oil pump is gear pump. It consists of gear, safety valve, axle, pump body and the sealing of axle head. There has reasonable oil leaking trough and oil reflux trough inside the pump.
2.Ball-Float Oil Lever Controlling System And Electromagnetic Valve
The oil lever in the tank is controlled by ball- float oil lever controlling system. If the oil lever is lower than the minimum volume, the electromagnetic valve will open for oil input; on the contrary, if the oil lever is higher than maximize volume, the electromagnetic will close.
3.PLC And Man-machine interface
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) can control and monitor the whole oil filling process and status. It has some merits like stable performance, complete functions, solid structure, flexible consistence, easy operation and nice appearance.
4.Heating System
Our electric heating system adopts unique design and process. It has some merits like heating evenly, keeping oil temperature constant, heating quickly, without dead area and very low surface heating load(≤1.5W/2)etc.
5.Zero-returning Oval Gearing Flow Meter
The material is casting iron, the diameter is DN15mm, the flowing range is 0.04-680m³/h, the temperature range is -20ºC- +100ºC.It's also equipped with a sensor to match the PLC controller and work together
