Features

1.  All the spheroidal graphite cast iron are made of cast iron (FCD-45) to ensure accuracy and increase wear resistance.

2.  All of the adjustment lever are carefully arranged, you can  adjust the cutting angle,relief angle,tooth depth and pitch easily tooth depth and pitch, it can be fast and precise grind out a sharp blade .

3. Use stepless variable belt pulley, it can be changed with  the  tooth pitth and adjust the speed as you want.

4. Wheel head can swing up and down, you can easily grind a chamfer without replace the grinding wheel.

5. Blade thickness variation can be easily adjusted  and it can  be directly seen the thickness by a scale.

6. Transmission part is  by the drive wheel motors and it's structures in order to achieve precision and safety.

7. The end of the feed claw used super-hard tungsten carbide , can minimize the wear and tear and up to the request of precision.
