High Precision Fitration Rate Ion Exchange Resin Wedge Wire Screen is one of Wedge wire screen Cylinders, V-Wire Wound Screens offer many advantages including a continuous slot opening which significantly increases the available open area, thus providing greater access to the water bearing zone. A "V" shaped profile wire which avoids clogging and ensures an uninterrupted flow. It allows a uniform and efficient well development due to the continuous slot opening. Ladder-like wire welded screens have a strong structure and high open area, as well as accurate slot dimension. These screens have the features of easy back-washing, last long, safety and reliability as well as low comprehensive cost.

 

Special constructions

  •  A combination of different support profiles and pitches within one flat screen is possible
  • Variable spacing between support wires in one screen
  • Curved screens; curve direction and filtration direction are to be determined by the customer.Frames and reinforcements can be designed and calculated on request, provided that we know the temperature, supports and differential pressure
