TZM alloy can be produced into nuts, washer, bolts, screws and other parts which are widely used in high temperature atmosphere. TZM nuts are available in both inch and metric sizes. The most popular shape is the hex.

Purity: Ti: 0.4-0.55%
Zr: 0.06-0.12%
C:0.01-0.04%
Application temperature environment:1500~1800
Recrystallization Temperature: 1425 to 1595C
Stress-Relief Temperature: 1 hour at 1095 to 1260C
Liquidus Temperature: 2620C
Applications of TZM Alloy:
TZM alloy is widely used in the aerospace, aviation and other industries.It could be used as nozzle material, valve body, gas piping materials, tubes in the gate material, die casting molds, extrusion dies and high temperature furnace heating element and heat shield etx.
