Characteristics:
One-component, neutral weatherproof silicone sealant, curing at room temperature, easy operation, excellent anti-aging, long service life. Can withstand the ultraviolet radiation, ozone, rain and hail. can maintain good performance under 40 to + 150 temperature range.
Main uses:
For glass, aluminum alloy, plastic steel windows and doors, ceramic, non assembly oily Wood etc.;
Powder coated aluminum must be solvent completely remove wax coating.
Construction Guide:
Must use solvents such as toluene or acetone, keep the interface clean and dry. As to the use of a primer to enhance its adhesion, when the primer is dry before construction. Construction application of sealant joints completely filled, ensure a double faced adhesive. Taped the protection of sites in need, but make sure the tape not to touch the surface of construction will be. Before the gum is solidified, trimming immediately, in order to achieve the beautiful appearance.

Restrictions:
When the surface of the material at the temperature above 40 Degree ,can't be constructed using the sealant; cannot be used as structural adhesive; not in the wet surface construction; cannot be used for oil or oil leakage surface; cannot be used directly in the new cement concrete surface.

Construction Method:
Please do adhesion test or compatibility test to assure the applicability of product;
Please clean the joint with solvent such as toluene, xylene and acetone, then keep it dry;
Tape is used to cover the edge of the joint to make silicone sealant sealed perfectly, but it cannot contact the sealed surface;
Cut the nozzle at the desired size. Keep good contact between the silicone sealant and joint, and remove the tape before the sealant is cured; Please keep ventilate for the construction site.
Safety
Silicone sealant will release volatile compound so that it could be harmful to health, therefore, please keep good and ventilate; Silicone sealant will not release any harmful substance and not be harmful to health after cured;
Keep uncured silicone sealant beyond children’s reach. If getting into eyes, wash off with running water and consult a doctor;

Useage:
