working principle

The multi-arc ion plating machine is application vacuum arc discharge technology to evaporation source technology ,to ignite the evaporation source (cathode) in a vacuum environment, and the formation of a self-sustaining arc discharge with the anode, release cathode substances ions from the cathodic arc brilliant point.
