1. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control ? 
   A: Quality is the basics of an enterprise. We have our own QC department with 5 staffs. 
We inspect the product from paper material ,printing,binding,packing to loading. 
Especially the paper printing, we have 2 professional staffs to check the whole production 
process every 30 minutes .
2. Q: Sample making                                                       
 
    A: Sample making time: about 1-3 days(according to your design)      
        Sample making fee: will be refund or not according to the clients’ order quantity
3.How long it takes me to get your quote?
 
   Quotation will be offered within 24 hours from the time you sent us enquiry. 
4. Q: Shipping & Packing
    A. All products are packed in exporting cartons.
    B. Delivery time will be advised after your confirm about the order quantity.
