We provides our customers with 2 kinds of conveyor belt: inclined belt conveyor and high inclination-angle conveyor. Both of them meet the requirement in most industrial activities, and the wide ranges of operating condition.
1.Inclined Belt Conveyor
The inclined belt conveyor consists of rack, conveyor belt, carrier roller, rotary drum, tension gear, and transmission gear. Belt conveyor system consists of two pulleys (sometimes referred to as drums), with an endless loop of carrying medium—the conveyor belt—that rotates about them. One of the pulleys is powered, moving the belt and the material on the belt forward. The powered pulley is called the drive pulley while the un-powered pulley is called turnabout drum. The drive pulley is driven by electric motor through reducer, and is installed on the discharge side to increase tractive force. The conveyor belt is driven by friction between drive pulley and itself. Materials are fed on feeding side, then fall on the rotating conveyor belt, and discharged relying on friction.
2.High Inclination-angle Conveyor Belt
The high inclination-angle belt conveyor is a new type of continuous conveyor equipment. It is suitable for dealing with the materials with unit mass 500 to 2500 kg/m3 and size between 100 and 250mm. It is widely used in many industries such as coal industry, chemical industry, grain industry, being an important fertilizer equipment in fertilizer production line. As there are baffles on each side of the high inclination-angle conveyor belt, it prevents materials/fertilizer granules dropping during transportation, which is its the bright spot compared with other belt conveyor system.
It saves labor and energy, with high efficiency & easy operation. The material is discharged into the hopper of the conveyor. This intake hopper has rubber-closing plates to reduce material loss. When worn out, these plates can easily be removed. The inclined belt conveyor is built up of chopped stainless steel. The frame exists of sections that are bolted together. The conveyor belt is on hot sale.
