The building weight is only 1/4 of brick-concrete structure.
Galvanized steel is 100% recyclable.
Fiber glass insulation filling in the roof is greatly superior than the brick structure on the aspect of thermal insulation and sound resistance.
Sandwich panel is made of injected EPS, PU or rook wool between 2 steel sheets. They have quite good capacity of water proof, moisture proof and thermal insulation.
No pipe exposed. There is enough space between light gauge steel wall and floor to place all kinds pipelines (wire, telecommunication line, drain, air conditioning ).
All parts of steel construction are produced in computer-controlled machines after the statistical calculations are made. The quality control is carried out in each stage of the construction and the margin of error is almost non-existing.

We will offer the installing manual or make a installing video to guide you assemble the structure.
2.Is it firm enough for living ?
It meets the technical standard in Europe and have made tests on material and products when finished, a more than 2 years quality warranty will be provided to all customers.
3.What is the payment method?
In regular, T/T is prefered. L/C, D/P is acceptable or Need nigotiation when inquiry.
4.what is the wind and rain resistance capacity ?
More than 100 km /h of wind speed, and 500mm of rainload. Tests had been conducted when finished.
