The standard mould carrier 2100x1400mm is designed to foam the backside of parts with Polyurethane such as Dash inner, tunnel, half carpet or other part which max dimensions are approx.1800x1100mm.

This mould carrier is designed for high volume production (improved cycle time).

It is usually implemented in line with other similar mould carrier to share operation work-content.

 

When the manufacturing line of automobile inner decoration parts was successfully integrated with the latest CO2 PU foaming technology, we have set a new record in upgrading automobile production technology by ensuring it with energy conservation, low carbon but high quality.
