Laminated PU Foam Spray Machine Production Line Double Belt Conveyor
Preface
This Polyurethane Foam Sheets Lamination Machine Production Line is designed to continuously produce double-side PU Foam Sandwich Sheet, which was laminated with polyurethane or phenolic aldehyde materials.
Working principle:
- The polyurethane or the phenolic aldehyde materials are stored in the thermo drums before sent to the mixing unit automatically.
- The regular proportion is controlled and monitored by the metering pump on the foaming machine.
- After fully blending, the raw material will be sprayed evenly on the bottom panel, and then the pasted panel will be sent into the double caterpillar laminating conveyer to be covered by the upper board.
- The filling foam will cure between the two panels that was sandwiched in the the double caterpillar laminated conveying line.
- The laminated sandwich board, after curing, will be cut into required length by the automatic cutter which was setting at the rear of the production line in accordance with the requirements from the CNC facility.
- The pnuematic handling / stacking system will stock the packed Pu Foam Wall Sandwich Panels to the storing area.
The whole line mainly includes:
- Soft Surface Decoiler System,
- High Pressure PU Foaming Machine,
- Double Belt Conveyor,
- Automatic Cutting System,
- cutting machine,
- transport and piling device;
- packing device;
- Storage Area.
Our machine is applicable for numerous films / covers of the sandwich panel, like non-woven fabrics, aluminum foil, glass fiber mat, plastic film, PVC film, kraft paper,and so on.
Advantages:
- The equipment is in high accuracy, efficiency and durablility.
- The tape mechanism has a tension control device, enabling the overlay material evenly into the mould, to make sure the piece has a smooth surface.
- The side block and adhesive tape recirculation device can guarantee the sealing of the piece and its demoulding.
- The double-crawler laminating system is of pressure proof, and can achieve a continuously automatic production and limit the foaming material within the mould, ensuring a stable feature in product size.
- The following conveying and cutting systems can work simultaneously to produce plates of any length.
