1. How to make the sample ?
If you have your own picture or design , kindly pls send it to us , and then we can arrange to make the draft sample . there are 3 step for making the sample as follows:
A: As we received the sample cost , we will arrange to make the draft sample , As we finished the draft sample , we will send the picture of the draft sample for customer confirm the shape is ok or not ? if not , we can go to re-changed the shape till suit for your requirement soon . if ok , we can go to next step ( the customer can changed the shape only on this step )
B: We will go to make the new mold based on the draft sample last step . As we finished the sample with color , we will go to send the picture of the sample with color for customer confirm the color is ok or not ? if not , we will go to re-changed the color till suit for your requirement soon . If ok. we will go to next step soon
C: We will go to arrange to send the sample for customer check the quality of the sample .
2. How to do if we can not reach your MOQ or a full container ?
We will suggest you order some product in stock now , it does not need to re-make the new mold . so it will accept so small quality order soon . Or we will suggest some other similar item for your consider soon . Meanwhile we will charge extra fee if your quantity can not reach one full container soon .
3.How about the quality guarantee ?
We have the QC staff to check the quality before the product packing , it will be sure the qualtiy good soon . we will be responable for damager of full container cargo if it is caused by imprpper packed soon .
