Working Principle
The

Installation and Commissioning
1.
Before the installation of spare parts must be thoroughly cleaned,

check parts is not damaged.
2.
According to the basic map on the basis of concrete pouring, and
concrete screw, after the solidification of the coal rod machine dipping
in concrete based on screw alignment, two concrete grouting, anchor
bolts to be solidified, correct the machine level, the machine can be
stable test machine. Before the test machine will be the lubrication of
lubrication, oil content is moderate. Check all the bolts if there is a
loose phenomenon, and tighten. Point to move the machine to see if there
is a foreign body or abnormal sound. All confirmed that no party can
start running. And check the power direction is correct. The machine
idle for 3~5 minutes, then all the normal feeding trial, new machine
feeding should be uniform, moderate (wet and dry water generally contain
12%~15%).
Use and Maintenance
1.Every
shift before starting to check whether the rotation is flexible, there
is no abnormal sound, empty machine running 2~3 minutes to feed
production.
2.Raw
materials must be processed, the maximum particle size of less than
3mm, adding water, adding binder, curing agent, can be used by mixing
retting after 24 hours.
3.Feed the blockage, using wood or bamboo dredge, avoid the use of metal bar.
4.The
machine rotating part of the bearing should be regularly injected into
the lubricating oil; bearing part of the temperature is not more than 60
degrees.
5.Stop
before the end of the material, the cylinder in the air after the
extrusion of material, the demolition of the machine head, after
washing, to prepare for work.
6.In order to make the motor not exceed the load operation, it is recommended that the user to install the current voltage meter, according to the current meter to adjust the amount of material and water content.
