Waste Water Storage Tanks Enamelled Glass Coated Steel Ph Ranges From 1 To 14
Technology Innovation
Our waste water storage tanks are glass fused to steel tank or called glass lined tanks , enamel coated tanks ,they all refers to the same . Center Enamel has employed advanced technology , which takes advantages of two material : glass and titanium steel to produce quality tanks .The unique manufacturing process makes glass fused to steel tank outstanding compared with other types of tanks . The impermeability and unique features of the glass offer numerous advantages The glass coating process begins with a glass frit that is mixed with other minerals and water to create a liquid slurry. This glass slurry is then robotically sprayed at precise amounts and thicknesses onto previously cut and rolled, punched, grit blasted and cleaned steel panels. The panels are then put into a furnace at high temperature ,then melts the silica glass slip into the surface of the grit blasted steel . Glass fused to steel tank is environmental friendly and generally very competitive
Advantages of glass fused to steel tanks
- Big volumes , storage capacity solutions ranging from 20CBM to 8000CBM
- More cost effective compared to concrete tanks: concrete tanks take long time in construction and need bio professional installation equipment
- More corrosion resistant as compared to welded reservoirs
- Easy to transport ,low fright cost : Standard green and color can be customized
- Installation by a trained crew of professionals .
- Short-term production and installation
- Beautiful appearance : color can be customized , it is harmonious with the surrounding landscape : concrete tanks are blank out-look appearance, can not change color according to surroundings
- High Performance and Hard wearing: service life of glass fused to steel tank is more than 30 years
- Flexibility to Re-Model , Extend, Dismantle and Re-Site: Bolted tanks are easily transported in sizes that absolutely preclude moving other types of tanks . They can be quickly knocked down and erected at a new location without the extra costs of complete cleaning, cutting down, and rewelding
