Specification:

    This Hospital sterilizer is configured for pre-vacuum sterilization of heat- and moisture-stable materials used in hospital, clinic, operation room and healthcare facilities. It can be equipped with pre-vacuum, Steam Flush Pressure Pulse (SFPP), gravity, liquid, and daily air removal test cycles which use, for example, a Bowie-Dick test pack to determine the effectiveness of removing air from a sterilizer chamber.
    Designed and manufactured according to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 system and latest moist steam sterilizer related standards, which has the obvious advantage of low failure rate and easily operation to ensure your satisfied using smoothly.
    Built-in steam generator of full SUS304 stainless steel with strong construction and long uptime is controlled by the PLC intelligently avoiding your trouble of external steam supply. Controlled by the sterilizer’s main PLC system, the steam generator, operation at the best status during the sterilization, is not only lowing the failure rate, but saving your money every days as well.

Control System :

This Hospital Sterilizer features Mitsubishi PLC with enhanced functionality and user-friendly interface screen.

• Ink-on-paper impact printer,

• Help screens for programming and troubleshooting alarm conditions

• Automatic check of control program and cycle data maintains process integrity

• Individual digital data recorder for sterilization data storage.

Safety System:

Control senses when door seal is closed and sealed, preventing cycle start until a limit switch signal is received. If control loses appropriate signal during cycle, alarm activates, cycle aborts and chamber safely vents with a controlled exhaust.
Steam generator Float Switch activates alarm, aborts cycle and safely vents chamber with a controlled exhaust if water lack is detected in the steam generator vessel.
Pressure Relief Valve limits the amount of pressure buildup so that the rated pressure in the vessel is not exceeded.

Steam Generator:

This Hospital Sterilizer equipped with an electric steam generator includes an automatic water-in, electric heating

and drain controlled by PLC.

Steam generator vessel of SUS304, electric heating element of SUS304 to ensure the clean steam supply.
