The structure of the fender body:
the body of the pneumatic rubber fender consists of 3 different layers
out rubber layer
rubber layers that covers the outside of the fender to protect the cord layers and the inner line rubber from abrasion and other external forces
synthetic-tyre-cord layer for reinforcement
layer made of synthetic-tyre-cord fabric, which maintainers the internal air pressure of the fender inner rubber layerliner of a rubber membrane that seals the pressurized air inside the fender.

Maintenance:
1.Internal pressure adjustment
Fender pressure should be kept in the standard air pressure in the± 5% range, and once every three months to check air pressure, deflated or fill gas up to standard in a timely manner.
2. safety knowledge
a. Avoid touching the sharp things
b. when Long time not use, should wash to dry, filled with right amount of compressed air, placed in a cool dry ventilated place.
c. Storage place away from heat, acid and alkali, oil and grease
