DC series concentrated pulverizers are applicable for crushing plastic materials, the series are of well-structured design, convenient to operate, and easy to clean up, the series are equipped with vane-type and talon-type kinds of cutters which can crush a variety of plastic and materials of large production.

1,Open design,easy to clean and maintain to make the pulverizer become the affordable equipment.
2,The cutting tool is refined from imported alloy steel, which has high hardness, good wear resistance and durability and can be repeatedly used for grinding.
3,The feeding hopper is divided into the economic type and the soundproof type. The former is made of single-layer steel plate by welding and spraying paint; the latter has its inner layer welded with stainless steel and its outer layer welded with steel plate structure, with the middle layer made of heat resistant deafening sponge which can effectively reduce the noise.
4,The full machine is equipped with multiple safety protective device, and the screen mesh is easy to clean and safe to operate.
5,The undercarriage under 15 HP is fitted with brake trundles, making the movement and positioning safe and easy. The undercarriage above 50 HP is equipped with hopper and sieve tray pneumatic jacking function.
