1. Wood pellet machine is a kind of biofuel moulding machinery used for fireplace,heating

2. Raw materials to be made pellets:sawdust,grass,corn straw,wheat straw,rice husk,peanut
shell,sunflower husk,alfalfa,oak,tree branches,tree barks,corn,cob,bamboo powder,cotton straw,palm
fiber,EFB and so on.
3. With high precision cylindrical in-volute helical gear drive directly, transmission efficiency is as high as
98%
4. With high quality refining steel,the main body of the machine has the features of uniform thickness and
compact structure.
5. In particular the lubricating oil return system could add oil timely and automatically.
6. The mould is two layer mould,and it could be designed two kinds of size of the mould hole.With high
strength alloy steel,the mould has the features of long service life.
7. Final pellets size could be adjusted by customer’s requirements.

1. Quantity of Container: The above machines requires container.If you only purchase single
machine , we can use one 20 *container or 40 *container ,If you will buy the wood pellet
production line , we need according to the sections and configurations arrange the containers .
2. Manufacturing time: within 15-60 days
3. Period of validity of the price: within 3 months. After this term, we reserve the right to revise our prices.
4. Time of delivery: In 15-60 days after receipting the deposit. According to our production plan .
5. Payment Terms :30% by T/T advanced payment as down payment,and 70% by T/T before
delivery from factory.
