Robot horizontal displacement slider

 

 

To match usage with semiconductor fiber laser and robots, to make the machine tool adapt to a wider range work piece processing, it is specially equipped with a set of horizontal displacement sliding table to carry robot,

like what the complete sets of equipment left view shows, it stands besides the work piece, move along with the length direction of work piece making the work piece assembly convenient, at the same time reducing the workload of the laser machining robot programming; When installing,adjust the slider parallel to the horizontal axis of the rotary tables.

In order to facilitate the laser processing of the artifacts, linear displacement of the slide stroke length must be longer than the work piece, the travel distance is 3000 mm. Movement speed 5 m/min; Positioning accuracy: ±0.1mm mm; Repeat positioning accuracy: ±0.05mm; Servo motor: 2.5 KW (KUKA).

Linear displacement sliding table adopts with KUKA servo motor driver, Taiwan linear guide way and ball screw pair drive, sliding table frame adopts welded steel structure,artificial aging treatment.
